My step-son recently mentioned that he’s not doing anything for March Break this year.

Although my husband (his dad) is traveling for that same week, I figured maybe there was something I could figure out.  Ha!

You’d think I had never traveled before.  From VRBO homes to hotel deals, everything is so booked (in some places like Orlando, FL, they’re 95% booked for March Break) that it’s laughable trying to find somewhere to go.

We looked into Great Wold Lodge (totally booked – even the weekend of March 4/5), Florida, ski chalets etc.  Either the flights were way too expensive or we couldn’t find appropriate accommodations.

For any other last minute families out there, does anyone have suggestions on where to go or what to do?
