We just received a press release about a cool virtual reality art event in Toronto that might peak your interest.  If you’re a fan of Las Vegas, art collections and/or virtual reality, you’ll want to check this out..
Coming up at the end of June, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), will bring Vegas: Alter Your Reality™(VAYR) to 369 King Street in Toronto for an exciting three-day event (June 28-30). World-renowned Canadian artist James White, also known as Signalnoise, contributed to the virtual reality art experience and will make daily appearances.

As the first and only destination virtual reality art program, VAYR is an innovative marketing concept that unites technology with art and travel. From the moment guests put on VR headsets, they will be immersed in a unique and artistic interpretation of Las Vegas.  Five international artists contributed to the vibrant and immersive content pieces.

You’re invited to give it a try at the multi-sensory event:

Thursday, June 28, 2018
11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Friday, June 29, 2018
11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
5 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Saturday, June 30, 2018
10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

From strolling the streets of Vegas to flying in a helicopter over the Strip, the artists took part in a variety of only-in-Vegas moments and explored the city on their own terms. Interestingly, prior to embarking on the Vegas: Alter Your Reality project, Signalnoise (hailing from Nova Scotia) had never been to Las Vegas. His artwork reflects the destination through the eyes of a first-time visitor.

VAYR content is also available on the Vegas VR app, which is free and available for download on iOS and Android platforms. For more information, to watch an exclusive VAYR video or to book a Las Vegas adventure, visit www.visitlasvegas.com/alteryourreality.
